EV charging within RewardFlex: where Blulinc fits
For Arnaud Guyaux, Monizze. Follow-up to our conversation of 7 July 2026.
The legal lever: 2027
Charge point via cafeteria plan: an already proven category
Other cafeteria plan providers already do this: Liantis works with Pluginvest (charge point leasing within the cafeteria plan, condition: electric or plug-in hybrid company car). Stroohm and Payflip offer comparable models.
- MID-approved meter
- OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1 compatibility
- Grid connection / upgrade at the employee's expense
- Fire insurance notification
Important observation: Monizze currently has no dedicated charge point delivery partner. This is therefore an open category, not a displacement of an existing relationship.
How the Blulinc prepaid card works
The card is issued by Blulinc. The contracting party is typically the employer (card in the company's name, made available to the employee), with an optional personal sub-account for private top-ups by the employee via voucher or credit card.
Proposed pilot
Rather than a broad, abstract integration, we propose a concrete pilot with 1 to 2 Monizze customers currently electrifying their fleet. This makes the value directly measurable and keeps the scope contained for your product team.

Dealzz: a faster, independent channel
Independently of the RewardFlex integration, Blulinc can also join Dealzz, Monizze's discount platform (750,000+ users, free registration, commission per transaction only). For example via an introductory discount on charging credit or on the installation of a home charge point. This track does not require legal validation and can be operational quickly.
A short follow-up with your legal/tax team
Focused on the two use cases above (charge point tied to a company car, and mobility budget transition), not on the broader debate around private charging by employees without a company car.
